The 6th Annual Let It Fly 7v7 Tournament, presented by 1 Motion Sports, delivered another high-level showcase of talent, competition, and energy as more than 40 teams gathered at Randallstown High School for a two-day football experience on April 25–26.
From the youngest 12U athletes to the seasoned 18U standouts, the tournament brought together some of the most competitive programs in the region. The atmosphere was electric all weekend, with fast-paced action, big plays, and a consistent buzz from players, coaches, and spectators who understood they were part of something special.
What continues to separate Let It Fly from other offseason events is the experience. Beyond the games themselves, teams consistently praised the organization, competition level, and overall environment. By the end of the weekend, it was clear—this event has become a staple on the 7v7 circuit.
On the field, several teams rose above the rest to claim championships in their respective divisions:
12U Champions: Overlea
14U Champions: DoggWrld
15U Champions: DimeU
18U Champions: DimeU
DimeU’s dominance was one of the biggest storylines of the weekend. Not only did they secure two championships, but their 18U squad successfully defended their title, making it back-to-back championships in the division. Their consistency, execution, and ability to perform in big moments set the tone and reinforced their status as one of the premier programs in the tournament.

This year also introduced something new—and it made an immediate impact. The first annual Let It Fly Big Man Challenge brought the linemen into the spotlight, giving them a platform to compete, showcase athleticism, and bring a different kind of energy to the event. Senior center Ryan Dunne of Westminster High School rose to the occasion and took home the title, setting the standard for what could quickly become a fan-favorite addition to the tournament moving forward.
Each division brought its own intensity, with young stars emerging, established players proving their reputation, and teams battling through tough brackets to reach the top. From clutch touchdowns to game-saving stops, the tournament had no shortage of memorable moments.
As Let It Fly continues to grow, so does its impact. What started as a competitive offseason event has evolved into a platform where athletes compete, connect, and build their names. With strong participation, high-level play, and overwhelming positive feedback, the 6th annual edition only raised the bar even higher.
If this year was any indication, Let It Fly isn’t just an event—it’s becoming a tradition.
